fen.'s "All of It": Driving Indie Pop That Captures the Relentless Urge to Create

Hey everyone, ever feel that pull to create something even when the numbers don’t add up? That’s exactly the fire fen. captures in his latest single "All of It." If you’re craving fresh indie pop that feels both energizing and real, this track is hitting the spot this summer.

"All of It" bursts out with driving energy right from the start. Melodic electric guitars lead the charge, backed by dynamic drums and a punchy bassline that keeps everything moving forward. Modern synths weave through the mix, and a playful kalimba adds a light, distinctive touch toward the end. It’s the perfect soundtrack for those long summer drives or late-night creative sessions. The song dives into the reality of making art today – it’s barely profitable, yet the urge to give it everything is unstoppable. fen. delivers that message with honest, uncompromising spirit that resonates deeply.

What makes this track stand out in the synthpop and alt pop scenes is how it balances uplifting vibes with genuine reflection. It’s not overly polished or detached; instead, it feels like a conversation with a fellow creator who gets the grind. The production keeps it dynamic and motivating without losing that personal edge, making it easy to hit repeat.

Behind the music is Adrian Gibowski, the 24-year-old German singer-songwriter known as fen. Since 2021, he’s been building a name in the German music scene with candid, sensitive alternative and indie-pop songs. His journey includes early releases with Dackelton Records, followed by an intense independent phase. He’s taken part in high-level programs like Musikwoche Ravensburg in 2023 and 2024, Donau-Pop-Camp Ulm 2024, and songwriting camps such as OkayOkay music camp in Schladming, Austria in 2025.

fen. has worn many hats – writing and producing for himself and others, leading music video projects, and performing across Germany and beyond. Standout moments include playing the SWR stage at Donaufest Ulm, the MILLA Club in Munich, and supporting Matija in Cologne. Since September 2024, he’s been back with Dackelton sublabel Scarecrow Sounds, teaming up with producer Joe Styppa (known for work with Bausa, Cro, and Badmómzjay) and co-producer Jonathan Bourdick. Together they crafted his debut EP "The Product of Growing Up," released in September 2025. The project, supported by Initiative Musik, explores growing up and personal challenges through six heartfelt songs.

In a music world where independent artists often face tough economics, tracks like "All of It" remind us why so many keep pushing. The indie pop scene continues to thrive on authentic voices that blend catchy production with real stories, and fen. fits right into that wave. His sound sits comfortably alongside other emerging European indie talent, bringing fresh energy to synthpop and alt pop playlists.

As someone who listens to dozens of submissions, this one stuck with me for its motivational core wrapped in infectious grooves. It’s the kind of song that makes you want to pick up your instrument or laptop and dive back in, no matter what the metrics say.
