We’ve spent years hunting the freshest tech house, minimal, deep house, melodic techno, afro house and everything in between. We’ve written about the tracks that hit different at 3 a.m., spotlighted producers who deserve more ears, and watched this corner of the internet grow into something real — more than 150,000 of you showing up every month.
Now we want to take the next step.
What if PERSPECTIVE stopped being only a blog and became a series of nights? Real rooms. Real sound systems. Artists you’ve first met on these pages playing the music we’ve all been obsessed with. Cool clubs, warehouses, or unexpected spaces across the Netherlands. Intimate sessions one month, bigger energy the next. Always rooted in the same taste that brought us together online.
The idea is simple (and ambitious)
We want to build PERSPECTIVE events — a platform where the artists we’ve featured (and the ones who still fit the sound) can step out from the playlist and onto the decks or stage. Think carefully curated line-ups that feel like an extension of the blog: strong production, clear identity, that late-night groove that makes you lose track of time.
We’re not announcing a fixed first date or confirmed names yet. We’re testing the water — with you and with the artists.

What we’re dreaming of
- Nights that feel curated, not random. One night deep and rolling tech house. Another more melodic or afro-leaning. Always with that PERSPECTIVE filter.
- Rooms that match the music: good sound, good lighting, good people.
- Content that loops back to the blog — exclusive mixes, aftermovies, short artist interviews from the green room, photo series.
- Space for both established names we’ve covered and sharp newer talent who fit the same wavelength.
- Collaboration with local promoters and venues who care about the music as much as we do.
We’re not trying to launch the next mega-festival. We want nights that feel like the best comment section or playlist session turned into a room full of people who actually get it.
This only works if the artists are down and if you — the people who keep coming back to the site — are curious enough to leave the house for it.

Artists → Reach out if you’ve been featured or if your music belongs on PERSPECTIVE and you’d like to be part of a night. Everyone else → Tell us what you think. Cities, vibes, frequency, ticket price range, anything. The more real feedback we get, the better we can shape this.
