Simon Ray, Pavel Pasha & NATURA "Back Into Time" Review: Tech House Groove

0

Some tracks don't need a big story. They just need a groove that locks in and refuses to let go. "Back Into Time" is one of those, a punchy tech house cut from Simon Ray and Pavel Pasha together with Italian producer NATURA, built for the dancefloor from start to finish.

A Three-Way Collaboration

"Back Into Time" is the title track of the Back Into Time EP, a two-track release credited to Simon Ray, Pavel Pasha and NATURA, out on NUSONIDO since September 4th, 2026. The second track on the EP is "El Tiempo". The label describes the release as a no-filler house EP with driving rhythms, punchy basslines and infectious grooves, aiming for a classic house feel with a fresh, contemporary edge.

That description holds up. The original version runs just under four minutes, and there's a six-minute Extended Mix for DJs, sitting at 130 BPM. It's the kind of track that keeps the energy high without ever getting messy. The track has also landed in Beatport's Tech House Hype chart.

Who Is NATURA?

NATURA, listed on Beatport as NATÜRA (IT), is a producer from Italy. There isn't much more out there yet, which fits the music: this is a release that lets the groove do the talking.

Tech House and Minimal Keep Rolling

Tech house is still one of the most popular sounds in club culture, and a lot of the freshest releases borrow from minimal house, stripping things back to bass, drums and a few well-placed hooks. Collaborations between producers are a big part of that scene too, with artists pooling ideas to make tight, functional tracks for DJs. "Back Into Time" sits right in that space: happy, energetic and a little bit sexy.
