Blasterjaxx & B Jones "Thank You For The Love" Review: Festival Trance

Plenty of festival records get a trial run long before they reach streaming. "Thank You For The Love" is one of them. The team behind it calls it "this tested anthem," released after a summer that took B Jones to Tomorrowland, and in October 2026 the collaboration with Blasterjaxx finally arrived on Maxximize Records.

B Jones: Ibiza Residencies and Main Stages

B Jones is a Spanish DJ and producer with more than a decade in electronic music and strong ties to the Balearic scene. She has played festivals like EDC Mexico, S2O Bangkok, Lollapalooza Berlin and Creamfields Chile, and she has performed on the Tomorrowland mainstage four years in a row. In Ibiza she has held residencies at Ushuaïa, alongside Kygo and Tiësto, and at Hï Ibiza during David Guetta's Future Rave nights. In 2024 she entered DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs at number 94.

Her sets move from tech house drops to Euro dance melodies and mainstream trance, often through her own edits. She also runs her own label and community, ARRYBA Music, and has released on Tomorrowland Music, Dim Mak, Spinnin' and Armada, with collaborations alongside Steve Aoki and NERVO. Earlier this year we covered her take on Robert Miles' "Children".

Blasterjaxx and Their Own Imprint

Blasterjaxx is a Dutch EDM duo, and Maxximize Records is the label the pair launched in 2015 as an imprint of Spinnin' Records. Releasing this collaboration on their own label makes it a meeting of two acts who spend a lot of time on festival stages and know what a crowd responds to.

Melodies First, Then the Drive

"Thank You For The Love" leans into trance. It sits between trance and peak-time, driving techno, with an energetic mood and inspiring melodies over an epic trance beat. Both acts are credited with programming and production. The streaming version runs just over three minutes, while an extended mix at 146 BPM gives DJs a longer build to work with.

That combination of big melodies and steady drive is what trance has always done well, and it's why the style keeps returning to main stages. We can easily picture this one at the moment in a set when the lights go up and every hand in the crowd follows the melody.

Final Thoughts

"Thank You For The Love" brings together a Spanish festival regular and a Dutch duo with a label of their own, and the result is built for open-air stages. Which B Jones collaboration is your favorite so far? Tell us in the comments.

A Tip for Independent Artists

Blasterjaxx started a label to release their own records, and B Jones uses ARRYBA Music to support emerging talent. Not everyone starts with that kind of setup. If you're releasing on your own, DistroKid (affiliate link) takes care of distribution to Spotify, Apple Music and the other big platforms, and you'll get 7% off a membership with this link.
