Los Angeles indie-pop artist Henry Morris joins forces with multi-platinum rapper G-Eazy on "High All the Time (feat. G-Eazy)," a moody single about love that behaves like an addiction. Released on October 16, 2026 via Giant Music, it is the latest preview of his forthcoming album Kiss Me Extra Hard, out October 23.

Love as an Addiction
Morris describes the song as "the endless search for the honeymoon phase of love that presents itself as an addiction," adding: "If it doesn't ruin you, you're not doing it right." Written by Morris and produced by Kevin White, whose credits include BTS, Bazzi and Artemas, the track continues his raw and vulnerable storytelling, exploring the messy intersection of lust, love and loneliness.
The genre tags point to indie pop with alternative R&B and dark pop in the mix, and that blend suits the subject. It is a song about obsession, so the darker edges make sense. G-Eazy brings his signature rap delivery and candid lyricism, offering another perspective on the all-consuming nature of an intense romantic connection. The contrast between Morris's singing and G-Eazy's verse gives the track two sides of the same story. If you are drawn to pop that sits on the shadowy side, Sel/va's "Ease of Suffering" is another recent dark pop pick.
A Collaboration That Started on Instagram
The partnership came together in a very modern way. "When I met G-Eazy (over Instagram), I played him some of the demos I'd been making, and we really connected over this one," Morris says. "I wasn't expecting to find a brother on a song I made about my ex, but music is strange, and I love it."
The Road to Kiss Me Extra Hard
Kiss Me Extra Hard explores the blurred lines between desire and intimacy, obsession and passion, and the complicated realities of relationships. Earlier singles from the project, "My Girlfriend" featuring Ella Boh and "One Night Stand," have passed 5 million streams, with editorial support from Spotify's New Music Friday, Official Charts, Clash and Capital Buzz.
Morris has just wrapped the North American leg of Artemas's 38-date Getting Up to No Good Tour, which ran from September 8 in Vancouver to October 11 and was his largest tour to date. He rejoins Artemas for the European and UK leg, which starts on November 12 at Le Bataclan in Paris and includes a stop at Melkweg in Amsterdam on December 7.
